Sir, I purchased a nova NHT1076 trimmer worth Rs899/- via flipcart. The item has 1 year warranty on it. The item is now not switching on after charging. I only used the item 2 or 3 times. It has 1 year warranty mentioned on it. First I contacted flipcart. They simply told the return time is over & insisted to contact nova customer care. I emailed nova team. No response or help from nova India also. Flipcart is actually responsible for selling these bad quality in items with no guarantee & warranty. Fake warranty details offered only on website during our purchase only. I need refund for the above mentioned item. Was this information helpful? |
