Flipkart Ac — Its already one month over and I paid the upfront amount but still not using the product.

I have ordered MarQ by Flipkart 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Dual Inverter AC - White on 22 .05 2020 which was delivered on 25.05.2020. After installation engineer found demaged product as the issue in inner unit blower. On 28th May I requested for replacement and faces any issues with uninstallation team and after many call and complaints AC want uninstalled on 2nd June 2020 and flipkart given the date of pick up on 12 June and replacement will be done on or before 18 June 2020.

As now I m waiting for pickup and delivery of replacement of my AC. Its already one month over and I paid the upfront amount but still not using the product.
I lodge complaint many times but your exicutive are interested to provide the solution instead they are giving date date n date.

As Flipkart plus member I am not expecting this time of service you people are providing and m facing lot of problems.
Please provide me the solution
