Flipkart — Amount debited from bank account but order not placed OD[protected]

I placed an order on flipkart of a mobile REAL ME NARZO on 22nd July and 9999rs got deducted from my bank account, but order was not placed.

I have been following up with flipkart team for more than a month but till now i haven't received my money back and no positive response from FLIPKART. Instead they are telling they can't find the order id.

To be specific order id was OD[protected].

I really want FLIPKART to take it seriously as i have been a regular customer and this type of behavior is not expected from such a big company.
