Ordered Moto g54 5g 256gb mobile from Flipkart and delivered after a day, delivery person just shown 360 view of phone and requesting multiple times for OTP, he urged so while checking outside no damage so gave. After turning on started setup, there noticed back panel is loosen and it's started vibration heavily, even ringing time too. So I reached Flipkart, they clearly refusing and suggested to contact Moto due to there is physical damaged and mentioned open box delivery. Flipkart is responsible for the money they got from customer but they escaped by saying policy. Then reached Moto, initially they mentioned it is designed and not accepted, after saying the real situation multiple times because I compared new with friend mobile who uses same model for month. Then they suggested to reach service center. Here the problem, if they delivered defective product why customer need to spend additional time and money, so i asked travel and time compensation but they saying no policy. My question they are selling product by collecting money which is full pre payment but if they giving defective product, then they only need to correct their mistakes, why customer need to travel, spend time and money again without doing any mistake. Only mistake is bought their product by paying hard earned money.
Problem not solved till now. Please lodge complaint against them, , so that no others citizens will not get affected. Now a days they all are escaping in the name of policies, they are covering their mistakes. Is there no voices for this kind of problems? So many reports around web. Was this information helpful? |
