[Resolved]  Flipkart — apple iphone 32gb rose gold

21 nov 17 received apple iphone 32 gb dead - apple logo stuck since then i also visited service center they also advised to replace or refund the phone no proper feedback received from flipkart only false promises dates in emails are provided nothin else every day when i call they tell pls wait for 24 to 48 hrs our back end team will call back but since 12 days we have not received even one call... Pls help me get replacement or refund my phone

Flipkart Customer Care's response As instant discount for an amount of ₹ 909/- was already provided and the same has been charged as interest on 'Credit Card No Cost EMI'. Hence closing this.

For huge budget phone you may prefer to go to offline shop instead of Online store. Since you would get immediate help if you faced any issue with.
