I have received detective mixer grinder very late. 1st company technician checked & gave wrong feedback online so my order was not replaced nor amount refunded. The problem was not resolved. Days passed. 2nd technician checked & found out bearing issue due to which lot of noise is coming. Online feedback with noise issue was raised. Still the problem is not resolved. But flipkart status mentioned online as 'Problem resolved'. Till date product was within replacement/return period. After wasting so many days by Flipkart & Bajaj Team now my product is out of replacement/refund period. I want to return this defective product & want my refund. Manufacturing company Bajaj Flipkart both are responsible for delay in providing service & selling defective product. Me & my wife wasted almost a months behind all flipkart executives.
