Flipkart — Breaching SLA by not providing replacement

I have purchased a Panasonic 27l convection microwave oven dated[protected], with two years extended warranty named as Flipkart Protect. There was some issue in my microwave oven so I have registered a complaint on flipkart. Flipkart suggested that I contact Jeeves, their technical service provider for the extended warranty. I have raised my complaint dated 20th January 2021 vide Claim ID CLJP[protected]. I have received a call from jeeves dated 21st january 2021, they are offering me a refund which is 70% of the product value and asked me not proceed for repair, which I denied. After 7 days their technician visited my premises and found some discrepancy and asked me to wait for 7 days. After around 10 days and 3 calls to the consumer care department they again visited and tried to repair the product but failed, they again asked me to wait for 7 days.After around 45 days of complaint I have not received any communication from their side regarding the same.After around 50 days and so many calls they again offered me a refund, which is 70% of the purchase value. which i again denied, i asked them to provide me replacement as per their terms and conditions. After that they said that your repair cost is higher than the liability of the product so we can only provide you a refund, i asked to kindly provide me with an estimated repair cost of the product, they denied to provide me the details of estimated cost of repair and told that the part or product is not available. I asked them to kindly provide me the part, which is not available, but they denied again. For the last 4 months I have been communicating with flipkart but they are forcing me to communicate with jeeves. Sir it is my humble request to kindly provide me with the resolution. In this pandemic when lockdown is in force a very important part of the kitchen is not functioning.
