Flipkart — Brickwud crislono LHS L Shape sofa

Purchased the Brickwud Crislona LHS L shape sofa during the sale in November 2021 and was not given an option to cancel despite the fact that they delivered a month later. The sofa was delivered and assembled by delivery men resulting in the sofa legs falling out due to the fact it was not properly installed. My daughter managed to put the sofa legs back but it kept coming out. The same was informed to Flipkart, not once but several times. Flipkart said that the same would be resolved but the dates kept being pushed back, atleast four times.The latest being 20th January. We keep waiting for updates but looks like Flipkart customer care is least interested in helping resolve the issue. I am unable to contact the seller because the number provided is invalid. All we wanted was to replace the legs of the sofa since it's under warranty.
