I've ordered the product from Flipkart on 7th Aug'22 and they had given delivery date of 8th Aug'22, but it was not delivered, new date was given to me of 14th Aug'22 but again product has been not delivered and again new date given to me of 18th Aug'22. But in between that on 18th Aug'22 I've received the call that due to some unforseen reasons seller can't process this order and you have to cancel the order and make new order and this new order we will process immediately and also whatever the difference in rate that seller will honor post delivery of this 2nd order. This they had given me written, so on 16th Aug'22 I had canceled my 1st order of Rs 1099 and placed new order @Rs 1499/-(actual amount of Rs 1599/-, but after applying coupon code it placed at Rs 1499/-) and this all payment has been done on advance order payment. My first order payment has been received after repeated follow-up after 2 days on 18th Aug'22. My 2nd order delivery date was given from Flipkart side was 18th Aug'22 but again product has been not delivered again revised date given to me of 21st Aug'22 with assurance and commitment, but on 21st also it is not delivered. Now today on 23rd Aug'22 this 2nd order also has been canceled and refund amount I've not received. Customer Executive called me and telling me that refund will be processed after 31st after receipt of material at seller end. But if seller has not shipped the product and they have only canceled the order from their end, then for what they are waiting till 31st Aug'22. Totally not understandable, also if I will order this product from some other platform like Amazon and all then current price is Rs 1599/-, so please should honor this Rs 500/- price difference also because they haven't delivered my order since 6th of Aug'22. Total refund amount is Rs 1499/- + Rs 500/-.
