[Resolved]  Flipkart — CBU code mismatch

This is bring to your kind notice that I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton 4 star split ac which delivered me on 28th November 2022.Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was not able to complete the installation that time. 9th may 2023 I have request for installation by voltas team.On 12th may 2023 they send technician for installation and technician done almost but as he given power supply to ac indoor was working but outdoor was not working, when technician was not able to fix this problem he checked the CBU code which was totally different in ODU and IDU.
ODU's CBU code is 4503346 and IDU's CBU code is 4503220.Bcz of this the voltas technician informed me that the product can't be fixed and u have to replace this product.Enclosing the service report.
I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending Emails and by calling the customer care but despite all my pleadings, Flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is regrettable. Which u are liable to componsate to me. Flipkart not resolving my problem.
