on 22 oct, 2014 I have ordered a Gionee Pioneer P4(Mobile Phone) of Rs. 7699/- vide order no - OD[protected] from Flipkart.com It was schedule to deliver on 01 nov, 2014 but on 28/10/14 i got a SMS from E kart logistics that my order will be delivered today, When i open the sealed packed I found a piece of Floor tiles(stone) in that box instead of my order. I have informed & got a complain id[protected] from flipkart customer care that my problem shall be resolved within 30/10/14. They are informed that they will refund my money as they can not replace the product as the item no longer in stock with the seller.Since then several Mail & SMS exchanged between us & so many conversation has done with them, they are continuously extending the dateline of refund my Money but all in vain. I am desperately seeking help from all the statutory authorities. Further, I also attached some scaned copy of the conversation through mail between us.
