My name is Manish and I am a flipkart customer. I ordered realme narzo 30 on 5th August and it was expected to be delivered on 7th August (within 2 days), but it wasn't delivered till 10th August. I contacted the customer care service and they took a lot more time to resolve the issue. Eventually the order was cancelled by the seller and as a compensation the customer agent told me that flipkart would be crediting a gift card of ₹1250 in my flipkart account within next 7 days if I order a fresh smartphone from flipkart. I ordered Poco M3 on 14th Aug and it got delivered on 17th Aug(i.e within 7 days).
I contacted the customer care and they were so unprofessional in their behavior as they weren't able to resolve my issue and after making 5 calls, They said that me to wait for 24 hours and they insured me that I would definitely get that compensation amount, but after waiting for 2 days also there is no update regarding the same.
I am fed up calling the flipkart customer care so I have no choice rather than complaining.
