Flipkart — Complaint against installation

This is to inform you that I have purchased Aquasure Desire 7 L RO + UV + UF + MTDS Water Purifier on invoice date 06/08/2021and its about 15 days no one came in my house to install it. I have contacted with your official several time but no response till now.
I have purchased it from online without seeing any other company as because I have full faith on your company.
I don't really understand why such harassment.
Requesting you see the matter and do the needful.
