I have ordered a mi sound bar through flipkart and i have not received the product till today, the product suppose to deliver by 24th friday and i have not received any call from the delivery person, i connected delivery person and he informed that he is in other location and he will not be able to deliver the product to my address. Also they have updated the logistics that they have person was not available to deliver the product. I had a discussion with flipkart support and they have not provided any valuable information and informed me to wait till 29. As per the promise they should deliver the product on 24th and now they are informed me to wait till 29. They deviated from there assurance. Still the website showing that delivery expected 24th 2020, which is crossed and today is jan 27-2020. Filpkart does not have complete logistics information and support service is very poor. One of the supported committed next day delivery, other person not able to commit any delivery date... Really bad support.
