I had really pathetic service from flipkart/seller with Order ID: OD[protected]. I received only 2 kg packet of Royal Canin cat food instead of 4 kg, I have raised the complaint on the date of delivery itself ie., 24 July but still there has been no follow up or resolution by flipkart.
Every time I request for help, I am asked to wait for 24 hours by flipkart executive and it has been 21 days so far and nothing has been done, Flipkart doesn't even care to give a call and I see every single time my issue is marked resolved with zero action taken.
This is really frustrating; I have been shopping from various ecommerce platform I have never faced such a pathetic service, Flipkart being a known platform in India its very heartbreaking that flipkart doesn't care once the sale has been made, weather the customer is receiving the correct product or not. I can't imagine what would flipkart would do if this happened with some expensive product. Was this information helpful? |
