The order was placed on 8th may 2024, and the product was delivered on 13th May 2024. Unfortunately, upon setting up the printer, it was immediately evident that the duplex printing feature was defective.
Despite multiple attempts to utilize the duplex printing function, the printer consistently fails to print on the reverse side of the paper. Each time an attempt is made, the paper becomes jammed midway through the process, rendering the feature unusable.

Regrettably, despite providing all necessary documentation and evidence of the printer's fault, I have been informed by Flipkart's service agent that they are unable to replace the faulty product. This response is deeply disappointing and unacceptable given the circumstances.
As a consumer, I am entitled to receive products that are in proper working condition and meet the standards advertised by the retailer. The failure to replace the defective printer not only breaches consumer rights but also reflects poorly on Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter promptly. I urge you to compel Flipkart to honor their responsibility and replace the faulty HP Smart Tank 720 All-in-One Printer without further delay.
