Flipkart has delivered a damaged item-the Aristocrat Photon suitcase . This is also used. The packaging is torn, the suitcase is bent.
I have raised a return request and every time the delivery executive comes, inspects the product and goes back. They don't specify a reason for not taking back the product.
Flipkart cant answer the following:
1)Why have you given a damaged product?
2) What have you given a used product?
3)The suitcase is bent at many places.
On top of that your executives are coming and inspecting and going back.
So first I have to take the suitcase out and then bring it back again inside the home. Cant leave home for any essential work as the pick up team say they will come and then they reschedule the request. This is happening since the last 10 days
I have asked them to Return MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.
Extremely frustrating, I want my money back NOW
