I bought a laptop, DELL Inspiron Rysen 3 Dual Core 3250U (Oder ID : OD[protected], from Flipkart. I received it on 12th august. But its not working, . When we switch on laptop it is written that " battery is no detected ". I contacted the Dell support team, they told us to contact Flipkart for the return. From August 13 on wards I contacted Flipkart customer care, they provide so many days for the technician visit but no one reached here. At first they provide the date August 17, the technician called me and says that they will come but didn't come & when i called back the number of technician is switched off. On August 18, I called Flipkart customer care they provide an another date August 20 but no one visit my home. After that my call is not connected to their customer care, I used my brother Vysakh's phone to contact them. (Now also calls from my phone is not connected to costumer care )Then so many dates are provided like August 24, August 25, August 26.
Every time my return is rejected & says that the problem is resolved, but its not resolved. Its first time I am getting a bad experience from flipkart.
I tired of calling to their customer service and saying same matter everyday, No one help me to resolve my problem, they all provide another date, which is hopeless..
