[Resolved]  Flipkart — Dead on arrival

I purchased a phone on 14 may 2023 from flipkart brand name poco f1. That was dead, not even switched on. I called flipkart as they were showing the return policy of 7 days but they are denying.
It's the case of dead on arrival.
I want my product to be returned.
