[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective LG TV 43 inch

A defective TV was delivered to me. For this TV I raised return
(within return window) as it had connectivity issues on 15 Aug 21. Technical team from LG was sent to my house as arranged by Flipkart. After two visits they declared the piece as defective. There after a representative from Flipkart came uninstalled the item boxed it with accessories. After two days Wish master visited my house and after checking his documents said that the documents with them are incomplete and he will return tomorrow with the exchange. He was not carrying any replacement TV on his visit. Next day on the flipkart App I was shocked to see that my replacement request has been cancelled. Since then I am trying to raise Flipkart on the customer care number where I just get next date for a fruitful response. The knowledge of your agents is very poor on the subject as they only sought excuses. The return calls were raised twice from your end and both times the agents told me that your system has glitches and error. No substantive response and action shows your intents hence indicating no will to replace the defective product. I have mailed your customer support a many times and from 22nd to 23rd to 26th to 27th and now 31st are shifts of dates send to me for finding a solution. Your teams response is not leaving any space and therefore pushing me your old and loyal customer in corner to take alegal course on the subject.
