Flipkart — Defective Moto G 2nd generation sent

I bought Moto G 2nd generation mobile on 30th march. The order no.is OD[protected] and booked in the name of my brother Ajit Katagi and contact no. [protected]. Within a week o[censored]sing it the mobile started giving battery problem. After charging it to 100%, the battery suddenly shows 1% and switches off. When I again keep it for charging it shows 98%, 99%. It happened for so many times till now. I complained about this and requested for replacement on 14th April. Flipkart executive asked me to install Mysmartcheck app, I did it.Next day they called me to check the mobile problem but Mysmartcheck app didn?t work. They told they have some problem with the server that's why app is not working and they gave some trouble shooting solutions. I tried those solutions but it didn?t help me. Again I requested for return on 18th April. Again they told me to install app. This time also that app didn?t work. The executive again told me same thing that problem with the server so they will again call back by 19th April 12pm. But till now I didn?t get any call. I called to customer care on 20th April to ask about this, they told they will arrange for a call back within 24 hours. I didn?t get call after 24 hours also. So I again called to Customer care, they told the same thing again that they will arrange for a call back within 24 hours. I asked them to register a complaint but they declined and told they can only take request. Its more than 4 days after I complained and till now no one contacted from Flipkart.
