i have purchased 16 gb moto g on nearby 15th of august i got my phone, after that there was the defect of earspeaker of phone and mic of phone were not working i had a talk with cce they told me to follow trouble shooting and still problem did not resolve than they told me that product is out of stock so they will refund money, after two days i got call they will not refund they can replace, then on 11th i got the phone and i was out of city today i opened phone and still there is a problem in this phone the touch on upper part is working defaultly and it seem like they have send me defective piece and older one... plz from last one month i am facing the worst experience of purchasing something and service i hope you will not compel me to knock the door of consumer court plz do look in to the matter and provide the solution asap Was this information helpful? |
