[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product (Moto G) was sold to me and rejected when requested for new piece

It is highly unethical to collect customer's full money and sell a defective product when ordered online. This is the typical drawback of buying products online that too from a renowned company. The volume control button in my phone is not at all working right from the day 1. I was told to lodge a complain with customer care when approached but later I understood it was just to borrow time as there was no resolution to my problem. I never expected such unprofessional behavior from a company like Flipkart, but my experience with Flipkart says even Flipkart does not focus on customer service. Enlighten me if I am wrong.
