[Resolved]  Flipkart — Delayed delivery of my order OD[protected]

I ordered Asus laptop on 20th August. The product was supposed to be delivered by 25th August. It is still not even packed. Customer care team is asking me to wait but what is the order gets delayed further or cancelled. I have to choose another and wait for it to get delivered. Who will pay for the amount kept on hold and delay it caused to the work I planned with it?

They keep on raising complain but the resolution date of the complaint it self get delayed. See the irony? The resolution date of the complaint is on the delivery date? See the irony again? Flipkart is not at all professional.
