I ordered a perfume on flipkart on 27th may and it was promised to be delivered by 5th june. I waited till 6th june and contacted helpline to which i got information that product will be delivered before 10th but we will try for early delivery. I requested them that this is a gift to a friend who is leaving city soon so please do the needful.
I've been following up everyday since then and even today i called them and they promised to deliver it by 10th. Now suddenly they cancelled order and just refunded amount, wasting 14 days of my time. I could have bought this item from another place instead, if i was informed about this earlier. Now all my time is wasted. I agree due to covid deliveries may get delayed by a day or two but making customers wait for days and finally cancelling the product is not acceptable.
