With due respect I want to say that I am a regular customer for more than 5 years and have purchased so many items from your site but have not faced any such problem. This time I ordered Apple I phone 4s 8gb black on -08-2014 at Rs. 19, 600 and got delivery on[protected] . Order id-OD[protected].Eventually I noticed some problems in the phone for eg:- heating up of phone while charging and constant use. I had conversation with one of the customer care official about replacing the phone he denied by stating that phone could be return within 10 days only that is not possible as 10 days period has been lapse and advised me to go to the Apple showroom for replacement that would really create physical harassment for me. Now I want to know that when it is clearly and specifically mentioned in the flipkart site that there is 30 days replacement guarantee then under what hidden circumstances you are denying for it. I am sorry to say but this isa case of pure cheating and misrepresentation of facts. Being a regular customer I don’t expect such a careless and cheated behavior from a company like flipkart.Its my request to you that kindly replace my phone as soon as possible because I wont deal again in any of your product I am not satisfied and kindly provide tue and genuine information but not the misrepresentation of facts.
