I ordered Orient Electric 25 ltr Geyser with order ID OD[protected].. The delivery executive was reaching us for 3 days as were out of town .. He delivered the product with a neighbourig shop and asked for OTP .. as we just confirmed that the product was delivered to a known person, we provided him OTP..
On reaching home, we found that the product was a used one, it had water in it, we requested for replacement of the product with a new one as i paid for a new one not the refurbished product.. but flipkart is rejecting the request citing the reason of open box delivery .. The delivery executive who called me numerous no of time to accept the delivery can be reached at [protected] and can confirm my side of statement.. i have all his call records to prove my point that i or none of my family member was not present at the time of delivery and consignement was not checked at that time ..
My request is to penalise Flipkart with a suitable amount for such practices for sending old used products and provide me a replacement of the product with no extra cost Was this information helpful? |
