On 12 october 2019 i order a miss chase black jeans with red stripes but i got a wrong size delivered so i applied for exchange of the same with bigger size.
Then suddenly my account was blocked on 23rd october 2019 without any email or message.
I got the exchange of that jeans on 28 october 2019 but than product was different stripes in jeans was replaced by red and blue colour so i decided to return the product
I contacted the customer care they just told me to wait for 3 days for and mail but i did not got any mail and again i contacted them
They told me as your account is blocked nothing can happen and they told me they have told the problem to their customer support team and they will contact me and solve my problem and till now i not received any call nor a mail
