i have purchased 16 gb moto g on nearby 15th of august i got my phone, after that there was the defect of earspeaker of phone and mic of phone were not working i had a talk with cce they told me to follow trouble shooting and still problem did not resolve than they told me that product is out of stock so they will refund money, after two days i got call they will not refund they can replace, then on 11th i got the phone and i was out of city today i opened phone and still there is a problem in this phone the touch on upper part is working defaultly and it seem like they have send me defective piece and older one... plz from last one month i am facing the worst experience of purchasing something and service i hope you will not compel me to knock the door of consumer court plz do look in to the matter and provide the solution asap

      hai, i have two orders pending which your delivery boy Executive Name - Mintu of ekart kart Logistics came to deliver, Tracking ID No. FMPC[protected] & FMPC [protected] . has misbihaved with me and want to give me both the articles on only one condition, first you give me the money then i will give you both of the packets . your earlier service with FED EX courier was good . but these people dont know how to talk and whom they are dealing with. improve your service. any how your delivery boy has left the premisis without delivery of goods.

      So i have created a return file. My pickup is scheduled by Ekart logistic. But Ekart Exutive not pickup my item at my door step.He calling me another area for my pickup.He said that he not come there you come here He cancel my pickup one time also but i have no request for cancel

      Your delivery boy MANOJ PAL is very lazy or actually I think not interested in his job. Actually I was placed my order 2times but he didn't delivered my order so in the end I have to cancel my order and make a new order. Actually his condition was that he will not deliver my order at my home address, he was continuously that i will on this place (which far away from my home) so come here and take your product. And i was not being able to go there, so in the end I have to cancel my order only because of him.my tracking id is FMPC[protected] and pin 206.
      Kindly take my complain serious. And work on it. Thank you

        Flipkart is an MNC...But still it does not bother to put date of sale...dealer signature and stamp on electronic product it sold...what kind of due diligence is this...if product needs repair...how service centre rely on the photostated bill they send in Email

          I have ordered phone and delivery was scheduled on 13th Sep 2014 but when I checked order status today it is mentioned as delivered at 11:47 without being delivered to me. I called flipkart CS and they said to wait till 18th Sep for resolving issue. I am also surprised by the logistics service they are using which doesn't have contact number.

            i snehashish suraneni registered user of flipkart since 3 years with [protected]@gmail.com & [protected].I have recieved lot of(more than 4) damaged/seal broken products in this month & all the products belonged to same seller wsretail.everytime i recieve a damaged/seal broken product, i keep initimating flipkart not to repeat this mistake once again b ut the same mistake is repeated continously.i need an action to be taken on seller & i need apology & also call back from higher executive of flipkart & seller.

              HI, I bought my moto g 2nd gen on 8th of sep and it got delivered to me by 9th of sep but when i used the charger it didnt wok so i placed a request to replace it on 9th night, but the customer care people are not helping me out at all they are not listening to my problem and are shifting by resolution dates forward and forward... its getting hard for me to not being able to charge my phone !!!

                I successfully ordered Redmi 1s mobile from Flipkart on 2 September my order id is (ODA[protected]HBPLB00) and after 7 days i checked my order status its still under conformation stage and i called to customer care executive he said that i will receive mobile on 13 sep but i have not received any conformation thing from flipkart. 10th sep i sent a mail to Flipkart team and after 20 hrs they called me and said that my product got reserved and it will be delivered on promised date that is 13sep. Today again i called customer care and they given me a foolish answer that my product has not been conformed and there was no stock to deliver and suggested me to register again for next sale. I paid total amount through city bank credit card that to 9(EMI) mode .If i cancel my order who is going to pay my interest. As per my knowledge they sold my mobile some one else and now the sales manager saying that my order not conformed and said that their executive has give wrong commitment that the product will be allotted to me. How its possible that their executive could give such wrong information to customers. I spoke to customer care 3 times and they said that my product will be delivered within promising date. In flipkart site my product Is still showing that Item has been confirmed by the seller but they told me that my product not been conformed. Entire mistake done by flipkart they wasted my time and my hard earned money who will going to bare the loss. Today they sent a massage that(they escalated my issue they will resolve problem by 16 Sep, 3:00 PM.) i don't believe flipkart they are cheaters i want to file complaint against company.                   I purchased Asus Zenfone 4 A400CG from Flipkart on August 28, 2014 ( Order No. OD[protected]). The phone was delivered on 5th of September. When i used the i came to know that phone hardly give 3-4 hours battery backup. While the Flipkart claimed "12 Hours 3g talktime" . There is serious battery drainage problem with phone. I requested for the replacement (Return ID: 7366227) under 30 Days Replacement Guaranty. After two days they and rejected the request. I again filed a request for the return/replacement and got this "We will contact you within 2 days to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy." Already four days have lapsed I got no response from Flipcart Customer care. I also wrote a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com. But got nothing more than reference mail. It shold be named [protected]@flipkart.com instead of [protected]@flipkart.com. Flipkart 30 Days Replacement Guaranty is a bad joke. I am facing harsh agony due to this. Concerned authorities are requested to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                  yes you are right when they replace they will send you again a defective and old phone with new box and new accesories with a new envelop with old disgusting product they do frod on the name of online services

                    Hi I recently got this TV from flipkart. I didnt receive the 2 out of the 4 3d glasses with this product. I have contacted the customer care several times regarding this and no update yet. Also, one of the executives told me its a 4 piece in description meaning 4 separate left and rt eye pieces of a spectacle for viewing 3d which is utter non-sense. I have checked the description and customer care of AOC brand and here is the link : http://www.aocindia.com/product.php?product_id=108in which 4 numbers of 3d glasses are mentioned. Dont try fooling customers like this. Worst to trust this site. This sure is getting a bad review all over if my issue is not resolved. Invested so much on a product and get no customer satisfaction is so pathetic. I would say its a DOA condition for this product. Refund my money and take ur product back if not capable of resolving any issues for customers.

                      Tried Flipkart for the first time, and had the worst experience ever. I had ordered for Redmi 1s, when its first sale was announced. I had to register one week in advance to become eligible for the sale, and then I logged in to Flipkart Redmi 1s page exactly when the sale started. After struggling for almost an hour, I managed to order the product. The delivery date given was 10 days after completing the order, owing to heavy demand for the product. I was constantly tracking the status of my delivery, and the seller had updated the delivery date as 12th Sep 2014. Just one day before the delivery date, the order was cancelled by Flipkart. When I called up the Flipkart customer care, they told me that the seller can't deliver in my area. So I provided them an alternate address which was very much serviceable, but the Flipkart executive refused to resend. I then spoke to the Senior Manager in Flipkart, and he started giving lame excuses saying that the courier has returned to the seller. I'm quite sure that the seller didn't even attempt to deliver the shipment, as neither I received an update on Flipkart tracker nor a call/message from the seller. Now the Flipkart manager says that I need to wait for the next sale to begin for re placing the order. After wasting almost 15 days of effort, this is the kind of response you get to receive from Flipkart. Firstly if the area was not serviceable, the website shouldn't have allowed me to enter my area. Even if it had allowed, the Flipkart people/the seller could have informed that the area is not serviceable and could asked for an alternate address. If not, at least Flipkart could have agreed to resend the shipment to my alternate address. But the Flipkart Manager was least interested in addressing the problem and gave all stupid excuses.

                        I bought MOTO-G 16 GB at the end of july. I am facing issues in connecting with network. Most of the time, I cannot receive or dail others and it shows 'Emergency calls only'. My sim is working fine with other mobiles But when I tried other sim card, it also doesn't work. Please provide me the solution.

                            i ordered Asus Nvidia Graphic card in flipkart website which had an offer of 91%...When i ordered it was Confirmed and the delivery date was on wednesday 17th 2014...But next day morning i got a message stating that your ordered item has been cancled due to Out of stock.How could this happen after Confirming the order.

                              I Purchased an Hp Note book from FlipKart and the lap is completely a waste for me, keys are not working properly, display is just like brick display, laptop body is made up of plastic or fiber. I used that laptop only one time, and i called Flipkart on the same day to register the compliant, but there reply was real shocking. i understood that am "Am Cheated" They told me they will replace that waste model again and will give me a same waste model, but i replied that i used it only once and the Lap is still in fresh condition. I requested for an exchange but they rejected it. And i told them we can't predict that the product of same batch having problem or not, and if any thing happen after 30 day can you guarantee me service "no reply from them", and the picture of that Lap showed in Flipkart and what i got was total different. They always talk about there policy i only used that lap once in my life but there are not considering my words. They told me rubbish things they are not giving any value for my Money. -No Value for Money -No Customer satisfaction -No Good service -Not giving any importance for our words (i called them 5 times in different day but they told me they will call me but they won't)

                                Hi, i purchased a laptop hp-15r014tx-notebook-j2c54pa-4th on 19th July and on 21 July i launched a complaint for the product, i had been calling regarding the help from technical team about resolution. i received call only once, but the solution they provided didnt helped and i am facing many othre problems now. its 2 months now and i am still waiting to get call from the technical person to get it resolved. getting the mail saying that i am not reachable, i dont why i am not reachable i had provided 2 cell numbers. thats very wiered leaving in metro city and say that phone is not reachable ? now i need my money back, dont want to go with the faulty product.

USB ports not working, audio headphone socket not working, battery backup only 1 hour, and even when power plug is inserted or removed the screen totally goes black for 2 seconds. I have made return request online in 15 days of invoice date whereas the site informs that the return request can be made in 30days of invoice date. But it's almost 2months now but these people have not done anything for exchanging or refunding my money. Every time I call, they say your request is updated and within 24hours our technical team will contact you. But nothing done till now. Seriously this is another online fraud company.

                                      I purchased a karbonn A-50s mobile phone through "FLIPCART" Order NO.- ODA[protected]KHSKN00. I received the handset on 7th September 2014. I checked it once i reach home but Found the set Faulty. The display of the set was not right as it i showing many lines on the screen. Next day i contacted to FLIPCART Customer Care and was told that i will get a call from their service team and they will be resolving my issue with in 24 hours. After 2 days i called them up again as i didn't got the call from their "Technical OR Service Team". and got the same reply "that i will get a call from their service team and they will be resolving my issue with in 24 hours." After so many days i still didn't get their service team or their call.

                                        Hi Team, I have purchased MOTO-G mobile from Flipkart website 2weeks ago, It is not functioning as expected, I have informed to Flipkart folks to take back the mobile or replace it, they didn't respond properly, then I called to Motorola service centers, so that they would solve the issue, but they are not picking up phone and It has been 2 weeks that I am unable to use the mobile and go further.
