[Resolved]  Flipkart — Device was missed inside the package but claim rejected

I had attached all the proof and required evidences as per policy of flipkart, but claim was rejected without any reason, I had raised the callback request many times but request is also closed without any reason.

Where is my product?

What about the insurance amount which you are getting with logistics charges?
