I have ordered Hp Pavilion Gaming Laptop on 25th July, order id-OD[protected]. I recieved it on 27th July. After using it for a week I found out that the battery is not charging, so I contacted HP support team. An onsite engineer inspected the product and said the battery is defective, so he submitted the product for DOA( deficient on arrival). On 7th August I recieved the DOA certificate from HP and they told me to return the product to seller with the DOA certificate and they'll send the replacement.
After that I've contacted Flipkart many times for scheduling a return but they are saying we'll contact you and do nothing.
I really hope Flipkart to look into the matter and resolve it quickly.
