FLIPKART TEAM, before coming to main issue i would like to raise concerns over the behavior of your customer care executive on 8 Jun 21, morning 10:50am I got a call from FLIPKART but the executive lady kept me call on hold and then disconnected check the recording in your system
Now I purchased one AQUA GRAND RO water purifier ORDER ID: OD[protected].
This was damaged product and duplicate with extreme poor quality of Plastic (NON FOOD GRADE) which is hazardous to our health. Now the product after installation started leaking within 24hrs we called service centre, person from service centre visited us and confirmed that item received is having damaged filter because of which water started leaking inside. Now FLIPKART accepted return request, but till date there is no update on application.
My issue is with FLIPKART and custoemr care executive we do purchase from FLIPKART we don't know what seller is selling. SO flipkart must stop this cheating to their customers or if FLIPKART is involed then they must make good losses of their customers from their pocket Was this information helpful? |
