I received a cooler of Model 'Symphony 12L Tower Air Cooler' from Flipkart in exchange of old cooler. But unknowingly my parents kept my as well as my husband's all educational certificates inside the old cooler which was not known to me. So, I exchanged the old cooler on April 21, 2024 & received the newer cooler vide Order Id-OD[protected]Ekart Logistics-FMPP[protected]). When I got to know this information, I immediately contacted the Customer care no. of flipkart. But they are denying any kind of help in this regard. Kindly provide some help to track my documents.
