Hello flipkart,

I recently bought vu 39 inch full hd tv which has 2 hdmi and 2 usb ports. Per the description, the usb port is compatible with usb devices.
But i'm unable to use this with my phone. This is not per the specification/feature mentioned.

The tv was delivered on 8th oct, installed on 11th oct. The installation technician confirmed that this usb port is not compatible with phones.

I have raised a request for return that the product is not per description on the 12th.

Flipkart sales executives are not understanding the problem i explain. They are not accepting my request. When i asked them to escalate the issue to seniors, an incident in[protected] was raised on 12th oct at 1:45 pm and was expected to be resolved by 17th oct 2017.

An executive finally on 12th confirmed that if vu technician confirms usb ports are not compatible with phones they will accept the return and refund.

Vu technician is supposed to visit me. It was simple for your team to call up vu technician and confirm the feature.

I received email stating they are not able to reach on my mobile while my mobile phone is active. I replied to the email to call me back, called your center back and asked them to connect back and also gave an alternate number. But i did not receive the call back

On tuesday 17, i received an email / msg stating they need additional 2 days and my issue will be rectified on / by 19th oct 2017 10:30 am, i had called up your center again on 19th, but was asked to wait for a call till 9pm. Its 4 days since 19th oct. I haven't received call or any resolution for your team.

The tv is same state as installed by your technician, unused.

I have invested rs.20, 000 unable to utilize the tv and also return and buy a new one with enhanced features.

I request you to initiate the return immediately and refund the money so that i can buy a tv with enhanced features from you or any other vendor.

Its almost 15 days. You have a policy of 10 days for the customer to comeback. But when complained on the 1st day. My issue is not resolved for 13 days, what's your policy to resolve customer issues.

Its been very difficult dealing with your team.

Kindly address this asap.

Even after technician visited and confirmed that TV is not compatible with USB devices, my return request is not accepted. TV is being replaced with a new TV unit.

Flipkart is not understanding that the TV build is not compatible. or the feature dos not exist. Even if they replace 10 times, TV will not be compatible with USB.

Why are we consumers being fooled like this.

Every time I call up, I have to start the story again.

I need a resolution. my money is with flipkart and I'm unable to use the TV.

    Hello all,

    I had ordered a led tv (Pfb) few days back from flipkart during their diwali sale. I purchased it with few offers like, exchange of old tv, 10% instant cash back (Using hdfc card) etc. I ordered it on 11th oct 2017 and the estimated delivery date as 21st of same month.

    I had completely read the t&c for exchanging the old products. Those are.,

    • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with working condition are eligible for exchange for rs 1000 (100 for pickup)
    • crt tv with the size of 14inch and above with without condition are eligible for exchange for rs 550 (100 for pickup)

    And no where they mentioned about the brands.

    I opted with the highlighted.

    And on 21st oct aug i received call from flipkart for delivery, the delivery person asked me about the exchange product and i said that it is 14inch crt tv provided by government. Then the delivery person said that they wont pick government tv for exchange. I urge with him that nowhere flipkart mentioned about the tv brands in their t&c during the sale and he replied that as instructed he will not able to exchange government tv and he didn’t delivered my order. And he ask me to cancel the order and rebook the same again. Here my problem is, if i cancel and rebook the same is not available. Also i didn’t get those offers highlighted below. Please find the below screenshot of my order.

    My questions are:

    Though i was stick with their t&c why i didn’t get my order on time?
    Flipkart kept my money for almost 2 weeks and ask me to cancel the order, what about the interest of keeping my money in their wallet?
    Will i get the same product with i ordered earlier with the same offers?
    Being a online market giant, don’t know how to kept your t&c?
    Will you alternate you t&c during pre and post sales based on your convenience?

      It has been a pathetic buying experience with flipkart.

      We recently bought a samsung washing machine (Order id-od[protected]| samsung 6.5kg semi - automatic top load washing machine).

      The product delivered on 18th oct is not per the specification/feature and photo we saw.

      The same is in a packed/unused/brand new condition with us as we want to return the product at the earliest. Please initiate the return and refund the same amount by the original payment method.

      As a customer we have all rights reserved to return an undesired product and seek a refund or replacement for the same.

        I am a big fan of mi phones and mi a1 features force me to buy that phone and i did so. I have been buy this phone from one of nearest retailer, who has bought from flipkart.

        Soon after 4 days phone started hanging and not responding even after power off and reset it is in same condition, when contact to retailer he simply said go to mi service center. This is very disappointing and lacking the faith of customer towards redmi who has spend 15000/inr to buy this most awaited phone.

        Here i have attached invoice and video of that defective phone looking forward either replacement or refund.

              I have placed order for i phone 7 in offer for exchange of my old phone. Delivery guy came and inspected the phone and said there is crack in the phone and cannot deliver the phone whereas there was no dent (Check video). I complaint about the same to customer care but till now i have not received any revert whereas mail says that it will be resolved by 20th oct but still no revert. They have cancelled my order and initiated refund without even informing me. This kind o[censored]nprofessionalism was not expected from flipkart. Pathetic service and no solution from customer care after my repeated calls. Still waiting for my revert.

                  Had ordered 9 pvc wall stickers od[protected] items), i revived only 8 out of it, and the status on the website shows as delivered, and when called to check, they give just junk ans.. On it and 5 persons have taken the call and each person has to take a complaint what a sit work you plp are doing there, do'nt u have a database which saves a complaint once raised against a customer..? What kind of service its so disgusting... That sticker is of just 79rs, and the time i have called u plp for service its more than that amount of product.

                  I have also ordered a kurti, and it has a security pin in it.. Which is not removed.. What kind of check u plp do before packing?... Where should i carry tat kurti to get the security device removed from cloth?

                  After calling so many times u plp keep on wait for 1 hr... Just so stupid to wait and u plp do'nt respond.

                    Sir/madam,
                    Order id-od[protected] contains two product one of them is ifb 23 l convection microwave oven. I got this producton 4th oct 2017 but not as described. As the delivery boy is in hurry so he just left the box to my door and didn't give us the time to check the product and took my signature and left. Then i found i didn't got any starter kit with this product. Then on oct 10 2017 i got a mail from flipkart saying "the installation and demo of your ifb 23 l convection microwave oven has been cancelled." i registred a complaint on oct 13th 2017. But flipkart representative didn't want to give me the starter kit, instead of that they took my complaint as i want to refund but i din't want that. And they started procedure like that so i again have to cancel that procedure of return & refund. I just want the starter kit or replacement not refund and a demo for the product. But flipkart refused to do so

                          I placed an order for mi a1 on 15th october... The product reached nearest hb by 17th though delivery date showed to be 22... So i waited till 22th october. And during the time delivery is normally attempted the product got cancelled automatically without my knowledge. And gave reason that multiple attempts were made even though none were done so. Even no contact on mobile. I waited 8 days and now this is what they give me. They instead of giving me refund should on request also give me another same product if i want.. No.. Instead i have to wait for another 7 days for refund and book another device and again wait for 10 more days.. What kind of service is this. They can't give me proper reason.. I just want product nothing else

                            On 15th october i placed order for jbl headphone on offer price of 749. Expected delivery was between 21to 24 october. But on 22nd october at 12 am i suddenly got message your product is cancelled and is returned to seller. I haven't received any call or message from even flipkart or a courier boy. How flipkart can cancel my order without even notification. I also talked with flipkart executive but she's telling me that now i need to again place an order without offer price. What the hell kind of service is this... I don't know whatever your problem is but i want my product at offer price only. Worst experience ever with flipkart service..

                              I have finally received my order and was really happy till i opened the package, i have received an empty package by flipkart after waiting for 4 extra days, not including 1 week delivery estimated time.
                              Seriously it's ridiculously worst. I just want my money back now. As said before as well occasional items which is been ordered already late and the worst sincenerio ever. I have already requested return, but if the pick up persons wants the empty package he is welcome, but i want my money refunded

                              Recently few of the Customers those who buy the Online product facing these kind of issues with delivered product. For that all are requested to make a video clip of your un-boxing of the package in order to make it as proof for these kind of issues. If you have the same (Video clipping) you may claim the refund from Flipkart. If not it would be depends on user and company.

                                I have ordered titan watch against order no. Od[protected].
                                This product was packed and sold directly by -
                                Tech-connect retail private limited
                                Avaashya cci logistics limited,
                                Renaissance industrial park, building no. B2,
                                Kalyan - padgha road, kalyan.

                                I received the shipment on 16 oct 2017, as i opened the box there was no watch inside.
                                Apart from this the packing is very low quality - a small titan raga box in put into the big flipkart box without any cushion.

                                Expecting reply and course of action form your side i do not want refund but i really want the product.

                                I have mailed to flipkart but given long time to resolve and yet no action has been taken.

                                    I palace the order on 16th october for redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) in diwali sale and after all offer price 9, 899/-. Product ship next and expected delivery date was 23rd oct. I was waiting for product and received a mail on 22nd oct 2:33 am we regret to inform you that despite several attempts, we could not reach you for delivery of the following items in the order with order id od[protected]. I was socked when received this mail. No one contacted me no one come for delivery. I called flipkart customer care and got update the our courier partner cancel this order and you can palace new order. Same product cost is 12999/- now so this is a cheating by flipkart and i also wrote to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response so far. This was not expected from flipkart.

                                    Please stop this cheap try to send me mail to credit gift card 1000 and credit 500 to compromise on this issue. I need the product in same prize to close this complaint that different is 3100/- now. So please take your 500 back from my account i don't need it. You are proving that you are a cheater company.

                                      I have ordered iphone se 32 gb gray on mon, oct 16th '17 10:47 am (Order id : od[protected], in exchange of my old iphone 5s (Imei no :[protected].
                                      I already have paid remaining amount by my credit card.

                                      I have met delivery boy to exchange my phone and get the new one by basic observation he refused to take my phone as he was saying it was damaged. While observing he damaged my phone screen my pulling it up completely at one side (Which is too disappointing as it's now damaged). Then i visited delivery hub to verify it again and surprisingly he told me that it's in okay condition to replace. But then he dialed one number (*#07#) for some verification, which was not performed. So he again refused to take my cellphone.

                                      But, i am totally furious about your process as flipkart have mentioned only imei number in exchange policy, then from where the hell this weird number (*#07#) number came.

                                      I have talked to customer representative thrice in last three days and they resolve my issue without making followup by call or by mail. Those guys have promised me that i will get call from number starting with +9180679 twice but not got any call regarding my issue.

                                      And now today, i got message from flipkart that, they will refund the amount i have paid by 31-oct. I donb't want my money back, i want my phone which i have brought from them

                                      I am also attaching screenshot of my order as well as their exchange policy, in which there is no mention of their process of checking phone other than imei number.

                                      All i want is the cost as they caused damage to my personal phone which is too disgusting. As a neutral body, i am requesting you to stop this kind of behavior from this e-commerce giant by imposing heavy penalty on them.
