I have ordered induction cooktop )Order ID - OD[protected]
Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop). It has to be delivered on 9th October. But there isn't any attempt for delivery from 9th October. As I have talked with customer executive they informed me to wait for 13th and promised that it will be delivered within 13th October. I have wasted 3 days as informed by customer executive. And it got cancelled without any information. And application showing I have cancelled the order. If I had to cancel the order I wouldn't call customer support and ask for the updated regularly. As the product is very much important for me because I have ordered this for present as gift.
It's okay sometimes error should happen in delivery partner. But flipkart customer executive asked me to wait for the product and confirmed it will be delivered. If they can't value customer time and solve the issue they what's the purpose of customer help desk. And when I asked about the resolution there is no answer from Flipkart side.Attached the screenshot
