Hi,
I bought a cooler Crompton greaves & it got delivered on 19th April to me & immediately within 30 min i reached out to customer care i told them that the water is leaking & spin button is not working.
The executive confirmed that post tehnical visit this replacement will happen however the final visit of technician happened on 1st May & he raised a request replacement. Now today the replacement suppose to happen & it was showing on track untill 12 today but sudden it got rejected & the reason saying technician was unable to visit .
I am surprise than who was Yogesh from jeeves to visited my place & raised complain in front of me.
Now again a new complain number given by flipkart when i reached out to them i.e IN[protected] & again they are saying the replace will happen on 11th may.
Can you pls help me understand for what i bought this product for non usage of almost 20 days with 100% payment made.
Request your help if they are not replacing my product in next 1 day pls help me getting my full payment refund. Was this information helpful? |
