My registered mobile no.is [protected], and my order id is OD[protected]. I had ordered for a micromax mobile canvas nitro for 13089/- on 30 sep, that was delivered on 01 oct 14. However, within 4-5 days there occurred with a problem with the mobile, the screen went blank all of a sudden, and then i tried switching it, but it did not start, then i had to take out the battery and start it for 2-3 times then it got switched on. I had called customer care around first week of october, the flipkart executive told me to reset the phone on factory settings and use it, i had done the same and phone was fine for 10-12 days, again this problem started occuring. so i had lodged my first complaint on 27 oct, and i was told that i will receive a call within 48 hours, I had recieved only messages that flipkart was not able to contact me time and again. I did recieve a call from your executive on 29th eveving once, in which she said that flipkart don't have any replacement available and they will refund my money. I told her, replacement would be better, and since i was in meeting that time, so i asked her to give me a call back in 10 mins, she said she will, but i didnot recieve any call there after. I dont understand how I was only not reachable for flipkart and available for others.
further, on 31st oct i had recieved a mail that since they were not able to contact me, they have turned down my return request. I don't understand how can such issue b turned down with sending me an sms or call?
further I had again lodged a complaint on 31st oct itself, for which I was told, that i will recieve a call on 01 Nov, 1230pm. The executive had called around that time, But there was lot of nice from your executive's side, and he said he will arrange a call back, I told him not to hand down the call, bacoz of my past experience on 29th, to which he assured that he will call me within 10 mins, but instead i received a message that i will get a call around 6pm on 01 nov. I did got a call around 6 pm, but as i was about to pick up, call got cut and i recieved a message again that i will get a callback around 1230 pm n 2nov. I had immidiately called up customer care, but no help.
I dont understand how i was not contacted upon my alternate no. further I have not received regular intimation on my emails either. On 3rd I had got call again from flipkart after repeated complaints on phone, the executive told that the product is not available so he will arrange for refund and collection of the product back. However, still no coresspondence after that and I had no other option but to show the phone to authorized service centre of micromax, as I have this hard earned 13000 worth of product, which i had taken after much research and voila! I m not able use it.. so this service centre person has given following problems in the set- 4107:Phone reboots, 4901-DISPLAY SEGMENTS MISSING, 4911:DISPLAY TOUCH NOT WORKING. I had not used my mobile since first complaint, and pathetic customer support from flipkart left me with no option but to save my money through service centre interfernce. I had good experience in the past but this time every thing is ruined.
I would request the matter may be looked upon on priority and issue may be resolved at the earliest.
