On 4th November 2021, I have ordered a realme wireless buds 2 Bluetooth Headphone, but when i got the delivery i opened the box and i saw it was not buds 2 it's wireless buds earphone, then immediately i contacted Flipkart customer support for help, then they raised a return request and i was told to wait for 48-72 hours to get the resolution, i waited. after 72 hours i got no resolution at all then again i contacted them for help then they told me to share a copy of my ID via email, i did shared everything then they told me to again wait for 48-72 hours, i waited but still no resolution again i have contacted them then they told me due to ID validation issue my return request is getting cancelled, before that i have old them already maybe 10th 20th times that "Chandan Das" is my nick name and my Official Name is "Sannoy Das", then from customer support team they told me Okey we have raised your issue with the update then again they told me to wait for 48-72 hours, i waited but still no resolution again i have contacted to them they again told me to wait and this things continues for over a month and all of a sudden in December last year suddenly i saw a email from Flipkart that says system has detected an unusual of high number of return due to that i would be no longer to be able to login in my Flipkart account. Now please tell where was my fault in these ? Please check that how many times i have mailed to Flipkart for a little help but not a single person helped me. I am ready sad now, i was having some Flipkart Pay Later pending dues of worth Rs.2149, due to account blockage i couldn't make the payment then i got some additional fine of Rs.300 maybe, i again contacted Flipkart customer support for help nobody helped me, i begged them for a help no one really cared about my issue. then they told me to make the payment through a third-party payment link which is from RazorPay, i did the payment of Rs.2459 on 8th Jan 2022. everything i have cleared from my side but still everyday i am getting messages from Flipkart pay later team that i have pending dues. Flipkart blocked my account and also took the money and still says that i haven't cleared my dues, this is very sad. I am really sad. it's been more than 2.5 months almost, no resolution, nothing. Please guys i'm requesting to you please help me i need help. kindly help me please.
