First of all where in flipkart's policies is it mentioned that a customer is allowed to raise only certain number of return requests? In nono of their policies they have mentioned that a customer isn't allowed to raise return requests more than a certain number of times! Additionally I ordered three pair of crocs from Flipkart, in which two of them were sold by the same seller, and one was sold by different seller, on delivery of three products, I faced a size issue in one product and two products were delivered of wrong color to me, so I tried raising return request for the product as it's return policy was eligible for 30 days, so they didn't allowed me to raise return request, so I called customer care and asked them to do so, it went on being rejected 10 times without giving any reason, customer care said there's no reason given why it's being rejected, they sent me text that seller has confirmed with the delivery guy that the product was intact while Delivery, what it has to do with the size issue?
