I am a Flipkart user since almost the inception of Flipkart but due to some reason they blocked my account well that's perfectly fine they can do that but I have Flipkart Pay Later activated in my Flipkart account and since my account has been blocked I couldn't able to pay the Flipkart Pay Later bill today is the last date to make the payment i.e 5th June, 2022. I had launched complain almost 3-4 times from last one month they told me that they will send me the link but they didn't and today is the last day and I believe everyone knows that I'm not paying the bill within due date it can deteriorate my CIBIL score, further litigation by IDFC First Bank and late fine on the outstanding amount.
Who will take responsibility of these aforementioned problems which I might have to face?
I will suggest Flipkart to make there customer service robust rather raising and issue to the back end team.
