OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]
I have ordered Grocery on 9th of August, my promised delivery date was 14th August. So on 14th August midnight it has been rescheduled to 21st August without any notice or confirmation. After then on 21st August it has been delayed again and rescheduled to 27th August. I kept calling and mailing Flipkart Support, but all staffs always took the issue lightly. On 27th August asusual it has been delayed and rescheduled to 1st September. After seeing this trend, finally I posted some tweet on Twitter and someone named Pooja from Escalation Social Media Team contacted me and assured me order will be delivered by 1st September for sure, if it get failed to delivered by 1st September they would provide me the compensation and take necessary action against the seller/courier. Now today is 1st September, again the order got delayed asusual and rescheduled to 5th September. I mailed Pooja about the incident, she called me and now she turns 360 degrees and started backing up seller and Flipkart, she confirmed she provided misleading information on last call, she wont be able to provide the compensation neither the order delivery on 1st September, neither she can take any action against this incident. She forced me to wait again till 5th September. So after waiting this long time, Flipkart and Seller keep dragging the delivery timeline intentionally. Immediately take an action against them. Enough now. I have all the call recordings of Pooja as well, will move more higher authority, this way these people thugs people. Was this information helpful? |
