[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart does not identify my imei when I entered it for exchange

Flipkart continously says that my imei number and my phone brand does not match. I retried many times and I checked my imei again and again. My imei number appears to be clean. But flipkart keeps on saying that imei does not match with my mobile. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com.
