[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart doesn't deliver product and refuses refund

I had placed an order on Flipkart that contained 2 products, one worth 2299 and the other worth 3219.

I received delivery confirmation from Flipkart that both the orders have been delivered to me on 4th june whereas I DID NOT RECEIVE them. I immediately raised my concern with flipkart and they assured me that the issue will be resolved in the next 48 hours. 1 refund of 2299 has been initiated but the other is rejected 4 times by Flipkart and they claim that the product has been delivered wheres it has not been. I jave called flipkart customer service 8 times and 3 times they disconnected my call and the rest times they failed to provide me a resolution. They are conducting fraud and duping their customers out of money.
