Incident: IN[protected]
When I asked for return, flipkart is forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD ) scanned copies to get my return request accepted.
As a normal common man, I was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties.
They are harassing me by not accepting requests and not giving refund and delaying my other orders. The other order came out from flipkart hub at my local and it was suppose to deliver yesterday. now the status is it went back to flipkart hub again and will be delivered after nov 3rd.
One thing I want to know, If the sellers and flipkart have delivered defective products to me (customer), why are these people asking customers confidential documents for their own mistakes and faults that too at the time of return?
I asked them to provide the guarantee in written that, "if the confidential documents gets misused and we are responsible". but they denied. they cannot do anything unless I sent confidential documents.
If its mandatary to provide Id proofs, why can't they request these documents at the time of registration in flipkart, then people who interested to provide confidential will use flipkart if not they won't.
I'm really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behavior of flipkart.
Kindly help in accept the return.
