My name is vishwa and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Flipkart is continuously harassing me by computerized voice call for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of RS 2095.
Wheres i try to open my account for last two month which had been blocked by flipkart. (login unsuccessful.please retry in a minute) Screenshot submitted.
call and ask many times and is giving reason you ve purchased are for reselling, who buy two or three items and resell i tell them clearly to my reason for use,
(i ordered bms lifestyle paddu pan 3 quantity because i have a big joint family morning school going kids in my house, school bus come early morning time saving and fast cooking i have a 4 burner gas stove that reason i ordered 3 quantity)not for reselling
I contact customer support team is raise my issue after customer team calling is telling we cannot do anything, because your account under review. I contact many times to customer care but no use.
I contact Gmail many times but only reply comes (your account is under review we cannot take any action) only that much of reply comes from Gmail.
Collection department calling two or three days is telling your payment pending I explain the tall that's them also telling we will taking request and sending your feedback to service provider team we will resolve 48 hours
but there are so no solve anyone.
I called customer care many times all time customer team raise one new compliant on next day calling from Flipkart and tell your complaint was received we will resolve 48 hours but nothing to happend many times same.
otherwise pay later department will call we already given option before November month you will not pay that reason we will block again, but really link not received no one can any inform all call recording proofs in my
phone my bill generated first of December but is telling option gives November 30 how is possible.
My 8 complaints closing same type but no resolution no any provide any option to my bill payment, I contact customer team 27+times bot no use.
And providing wrong bill also customer care department telling my bill is pending 2095 + 200 penalty some late payment totally 2295 but every 2 days sending me wrong bill and computerized voice messages your bill pending 2495 (I tried to login my account last two months its showing error (login unsuccessful please retry after 1 minute) (all screenshots submitted)
Blocked my account and not providing any option alternative without login how to pay my bill.
I raise complaint consumercomplaints.in that complaint also no update provided starting time one madam call and tell you are complaint receive your complaint solve as soon as possible and giving to option to your bill payment.But next day calling pay later team sir we already gives to option before November month that reason there is no option showing two our system, our consulting team will contact and giving any option but
almost one month over no any consulting team will not contact me.

You will not giving any option to pay later bill payment and irritating same type I will raise this issue to consumer court.
