Sir,
My Flipkart account has been blocked and I am not able to log in. I have ₹ 2200+ gift card balance, 600+ supercoin balance and Flipkart plus subscription.
When I connected with Flipkart support I received a mail-
"We're sorry to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token Of Apology program. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."
Which is totally incorrect and I haven't misused anyting. Only basis of some wrong system alert they blocked my account, which haven't been manually scrutinized in detail. My account is almost 4 years old and I have purchhased 100+ items.
Request to team Please review and unblock my account. I found this is incorrect and If my account not unblock I will complaint indian consumer forum court with all proofs
