I ordered a Motorola Egde 20 Pro 5 G in exchange of One Plus 8T. Screenshots of order and exchange attached. My order was canceled without any intimation and the team officials misbehaved with me and used abusive language. When I approached local office of ekart for exchange enquiry as same was not initiated, officials misbehaved with me and even put up hand on me and pushed and dragged me out of the premises. This was humiliating and hence I sent a legal notice to Flipkart for misbehaviour and worst customer service.
Firstly they accepted the order with exchange, then denied exchanging phone and cancelled my order without my request.
I logged 3-4 complaints with flipkart but none was entertained and when I visited flipkart office, they misbehaved with me and dragged me out.
I request you to kindly look into the matter else I will escalate further to CMO and PMO and I seek Written apology and compensation from Flipkart and Ekart for the mental and physical harassment I faced and for the fraud they have done with me
