[Resolved]  Flipkart — Fraud Service, Delay in delivery .

I ordered the product on 1st May for which delivery date was provided to me as 13th May, while before purchase it was showing that it will get delivered in 2days. Even though I thought let it get deliver on 13th May.

Till 13th May I didn't saw any progress in delivery, and at last got msg that delivery will get more delay. I just thought to support with situation, and wait for few more days, then further escalated the issue on 17thMay for which resolution date wad 21sy May. But again I didn't got any response on 21st May. Just got few msgs that, we are trying to reach you but unavailable, which was all fake, I saw that call came for just milli-second not even a second with one ring, is this am I was expecting.

Agai I raised the issue, for which resolution date is 26thMay now. Just I want to know by saying two words Covid & Lockdown, does it help customer to know actual reason of delay. While I am getting delivered with other non-essential things at my door-step in this covid &lockdown period, then why this specific item is not getting delivered .

If Flipkart have all information of registerd seller, then why team is not contacting to seller and trying to find the actual root cause irrespective of covid.

How much more time is it going to do deliver.

Today is 6th-Jun-21, and seller has no any issue to take a new order. If seller can accept a new order, then why there is no any change in delivery status of item purchased one month back, why there is xcuse of covid and lockdown. Is this covid and lockdown is not for new purchased items. Why Flipkart is not supporting me and taking action against seller.

More than that, there is wrong update of delivery info while purchasing, it shows that it will delivered by tomorrow, means in only one day. If item can get deliver in one day from date of purchasing, then why my delivery is delayed from last one month and status is not yet shipped.

For all this delay and wrong info I got suffered a lot, I had call multiple times to Flipkart service but didnt got any sevice or resolution. For the same Flipkart has to pay the penalty of double cost of the item. And that cost will be any excluding offers .
