I added a 10k voucher and 5k voucher in my account. I have used around 4.5k in it. Balance got zero on Aug 4 and I have highlighted it immediately to the customer executive. Each and everyone spoke to me told that the issue will be resolved before 26th of August. Again on 27th requested for a day time. Back then no one called n followed up also. Again today, I called CE and asked about the status, then they told me mistakenly we have taken back a card balance of one voucher which is 5.4k and we have added it to you. but the other card which is 5k got expired as you failed to use.
Now I wanted to understand two things
1. If the card is getting expired, I could get some notifications right
2. The refunded amount of 5419 was not there in my account for the past 27 days. Where did the amount go. If I have not asked, this will also be taken. But how's this possible Was this information helpful? |
