I ordered hp 15s ryzen 3 dual core 3250U laptop on 20th May 2021 and got delivered on 22nd of may by flipkart order I'd OD[protected].
But from very first day the laptop is not getting charge the adaptor is good as I have another laptop which suited the same charger and that is getting charged.
Thus, there is internal defect in the laptop I contacted flipkart customer service several times they had planed for technician visit for the check, and the laptop was not getting charged in front of the technician too even he opened the laptop and have taken the photos of each body parts. After that I got the messaged that I will get a call from the technician too I've waited for another 7-8 days I not got a single call and when I call back to flipkart they saying it is good from technician side.
Whenever I'm calling they are only giving sympathy like I do understand your concern the product will replace. It's been 20 days now and not even the issued solved. I have never expected to get such an experience from the flipkart, it's very hard for me to digest.
I need urgent help as I'm missing my online classes because of all that and also like mentally upset. Hoping for the issue to get resolved as early as possible.
